You may donate if you meet the following criteria:

• You are either a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
• Your contribution will be made from your own funds, and those funds will not be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution.
• You will be making this contribution with your own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
• You are at least eighteen years old. You are not, nor will be making this contribution on behalf of, a corporation, labor organization, national bank, foreign national without a green card, a federal contractor, or any other federally impermissible source.
